A Rosenstein Farm megkezdte működését a Kiskunsági Nemzeti Park területén, Apaj környékén. A Szomor Ökofarmmal kötöttünk megállapodást, itt Å‘shonos magyar szárnyasokat és vágóállatokat nevelnek. Együttműködésünk eredményeként budapesti éttermünkben ezekbÅ‘l a húsokból készíthetjük ételeinket.
Elkezdtük kialakítani kertészetünket is, ahol az Ökofarm bevált gyakorlata alapján sokféle zöldséget termesztünk azért, hogy a friss, jó alapanyagokból mindig kiváló minÅ‘séget tudjunk nyújtani vendégeinknek.

The Rosensteins’ Farm started operating at the grounds of the Kiskunság National Park near the village of Apaj. We have chosen the Szomor Ökofarm as our partners – they breed traditional Hungarian poultry and fat stock. As a result of our joint venture we can now prepare the majority of our meat focused dishes made of the flesh stocks delivered from our farm.
We have also made steps to set up our own horticulture ground where we will grow various kinds of vegetables so that we can serve the freshest and tastiest veggies to our dear guests.
